Can anyone help? : xbox360 Then go down to Netflix and delete everything. All updates and saved info. Once it's all gone and there isn't even a Netflix section in your games list, clear your system cache which is gotten to by hitting the Y button when selecting your hard drive in the storage section. After all that just reinstall the Netflix app and it should work.
