Wow, wish Astrill had given me that link. Instead, they pointed me to an install page which required a Ph.d. from Bern University, lol. Here's a problem I ran into: when I chose Open VPN, it refused to connect me and gave this reply: "TUN/TAP adapter is either in use or disabled". Any idea the fix for that?
